Tarte Cosmetics teased a "new" eye shadow palette appropriately named "Icy Betch" (for its gorgeous blue, green, and silver shades) on Sunday, April 1, but it turned out that the new product was simply a joke for April Fool's Day. LOL, right?! However, the prank definitely backfired when people took to Twitter to express their disappointment, and to also ask Tarte to make the palette a reality.
